I slacked. There you go, I said it! The last 3 weeks i got lazy- had a hard time really making it to the gym between work and kiddos and just letting my body recover. So...i only have a couple of pics.
My diet change that we worked on has helped a lot! My biggest issue now is that i have no appetite to eat and so i'm forcing myself to eat what i do.
This morning i started the next 4 week workout plan. We've decided to double up my workouts- insane cardio on the treadmill in the mornings and either an at home workout or full body workout at the gym after work so that i can stick with it and still have time for my family.
