You may call me SLACKERRRR!

I slacked. There you go, I said it! The last 3 weeks i got lazy- had a hard time really making it to the gym between work and kiddos and just letting my body recover. So...i only have a couple of pics.

My diet change that we worked on has helped a lot! My biggest issue now is that i have no appetite to eat and so i'm forcing myself to eat what i do.

This morning i started the next 4 week workout plan. We've decided to double up my workouts- insane cardio on the treadmill in the mornings and either an at home workout or full body workout at the gym after work so that i can stick with it and still have time for my family.

Look good...Feel good?

So i'm not sure whats been going on, but since i've started this transformation i am constantly nauseated. I ran all of my lab work and nothing was really out of range so Brandon and I are working on cutting things out and putting things back to see if we can narrow down exactly what it is thats making me sick!

You gotta look good and feel good right? More to come.... Next up, new 6 week workout regimen and pics to follow. Wish me luck :)

4 Weeks since operation 'Goodbye Thunder Thighs' began...

Ok so its been just over 4 weeks since i started training with Brandon... I feel like i look FANTASTIC..but pictures only show minor changes. Its ok though at least its showing change in the right direction!

So here goes for all of you to see... EEEeeeeeK!

Good-Bye Thunder Thigh's!

So the other day i was in Walmart browsing the book/magazine section and i look down and see my amazing friend Kathleen Tesori on the cover of Muscle and Fitness Hers! So after spending the $5 on the magazine and meeting up with her for sushi and dive bar karaoke she convinces me that I should enter the world of fitness and compete. And here we are...




She set me up with her trainer Brandon Johnson... he created a diet plan and a workout routine to shock my flabby post-pregnancy body back into shape. And I tell you what, IT HURTS! But for the shear entertainment of you... and me... i'll be periodically posting progress pictures (as embarrasing as they are) to hopefully help motivate and enspire others who want to transform their body and their life into something they can feel good about again!
